We went in to buy a truck for my son, and everything was going great until it wasn’t. We were told multiple times during the sales process that the truck would come with a 12-month warranty. We were also going great until it wasn’t. We were told multiple times during the sales process that the truck would come with a 12-month warranty. We were also repeatedly told in the finance office that if we ever lost a key, we had “family and friends” benefits and it would be replaced at no cost. As it turns out, neither of those things was true. We called to verify the next day and found out we had been misled. The day after purchasing the truck, we also called about an issue with the sunroof. No one returned our calls until the fourth day, conveniently after the three-day return window had passed. To make matters worse, they kept the truck for over an hour and a half just to wash it, and when we got it back, it still looked terrible. We’ve purchased vehicles from this dealership several times over the years, but this experience has completely changed our opinion. We felt like we were told whatever was necessary to get us to sign the paperwork and drive off the lot. Once the sale was complete, getting help became a different story. Unfortunately, this will be our last purchase from this dealership. More

I have nothing but great things to say about Brendan. He's knowledgeable, professional, and was genuinely interested in making sure I got the right deal on the right vehicle for me. I personally mattered to him and wasn't just another sale. During the entire process he was attentive, low pressure, followed through on my questions, and never dropped the ball. If you’re interested in purchasing a new car from CC VW Lewisville, I would highly recommend asking for Brendan. John Chapman in the finance office was also exceptional. He thoroughly explained my options, was very easy to work with, offered me options on additional products which might add value (my choice/no pressure). The entire process was simple, efficient, and seamless. I honestly believe this dealership does put high value on the customer and the customer experience. A+ from my point of view. More
