They did not secure one of the plates on the bottom of my car and it fell off and was draggedunder my car while I was out in the middle of nowhere. This is the second time this has happened. Perhaps some more attention should be paid to buttoning things up when you’re done with Service. I still need to make time to drive over an hour into town to have it put back on. That’s going to cost me about $25 in fuel and a minimum of two and a halfhours of my time. More

Great service. In the last three years have went to Clay Maxey Ford for service three times. Left angry the first time and a little upset another. Today I went for the Ford Works service and Computer Flash as I installed a oem remote starter. I left totally happy. I was at the point of thinking about timing service on my truck for trips up north to see family but their service department today (rep. Haley Estes and the service manager) changed my mind about This dealership. I will be having my future service done there and they have a customer for life as long as they give me this type of service. More
