Service visit included a recall repair. This scheduled appointment waited until I arrived to order recall parts. Parts for this fix should have been ordered when I made the appointment. No parts day of scheduled service....still no parts weeks later. The recall is for dangerous/faulty airbag. I guess I'm driving a bomb because you are having trouble ordering parts. More

Horrible scheduling experience. My first experience was I needed an icg sensor. I was told someone would call me when it came in and we could schedule repair. No one called (this next part is my fault for not calling sooner) Two months later I call and lady at the desk says I HAVe TO CALL THE PARTS DEPARTMENT to make sure it’s in (nice customer service there .. NOT) I had called previously 3x and no one answered. I was transferred each time Turns out they had left for the day but the service lady just kept transferring me even though no one was there. Finally get ahold of someone. They asked me what part I needed …. I had no clue as I am not the mechanic !! Duh! Finally get service scheduled Service work is fine. Next experience Got a ding in my windshield. It has to be replaced. I have 14 days to get the carbon steel replaced on it after replacement Called and after being dropped seven or eight times, got through and explained the situation I was told that she could not schedule it and needed to transfer me to the people who work on that but they weren’t there . Took my number and assured me someone would call me about it One week later… no call I call back and am told they can’t get me in the 14 day window as they are booked until September 20. I called back as I was confused … the last time they couldn’t schedule me because see above. The lady vehemently denies that she said any of the above and insists that she had to talk to someone about it a supervisor etc Great buying experience Great car Will I buy here again …. My car was being painted as the paint flaked. When it came time to pick up my car, I went directly to cashier. I went out there ask stated cashier sent me out there and he gentleman stated there is no charge Hyundai paid for all and I asked for paperwork and he said there isn’t any. I proceeded to leave as Jay was not in his office. I went out to my car and notice I could not leave and ask if they could move a car as. Was a afraid I hit while waiting the gentleman came out and demanded I go in and get my paperwork. I stated you just told me I had no paperwork and he raised voice again. So long story short your rep made a mistake and made me looked like I was the bad person. I did not deserve to be treated this way for his error. Now I need to know how much did Hyundai actually pay for this as they had no 80% as what I was told. More
