Worst service experience I have ever had. We paid over $55k for a brand new Palisade and each time we have called to get serviced we get ran around operator to operator then the guy is out at We paid over $55k for a brand new Palisade and each time we have called to get serviced we get ran around operator to operator then the guy is out at lunch and will give me a call in 20mins… that call never happens so I call 1.5hrs later and they act like I never called. Each time we get oil changed the car is never cleaned or washed. We have bought multiple new cars from different places one even being a Sonata at a different dealership and service has never been this poor. Sad part this is the closest one to home hopefully things can change but paying over $50k for something when you have a question like can I get a tire ordered shouldn’t make me feel like I am bothering someone or messing up their day with a request that I will also have to pay for. More

When we got our car back the drivers seat was FILTHY. We had to take it and clean the leather seat. Service & timeliness at the dealership was excellent. Only docking 1 point because scheduling was a bit of a pain. App indicates to schedule in the app, but dealership does not appear to be connected ( Only docking 1 point because scheduling was a bit of a pain. Calling the dealership to schedule was easy, when they didn't answer my call they initiated a call back (without me leaving a message), which was pretty great. Highly recommend them, just get the app thing sorted! More
