I bought a car from this dealership and there were to be a few things fixed in a timley manner, which was not done. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on a Saturday and it needed new brakes, a new a few things fixed in a timley manner, which was not done. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on a Saturday and it needed new brakes, a new latch on the rear door (SUV), seat buckle cover and the TV's looked over. When the SUV was sold to me they told me that I could bring the vehicle back on Monday and all the work would be completed Monday and I would be able to pick it back up that night. They were going to give me a "loaner" vehicle that Monday to use until my vehicle was ready. I got there that morning and dropped off my car. They did give me a loaner vehicle but when I got in it the gas light was on and I had to put gas in it just to get home. I waited all day for a call that I never received. My husband ended up calling the dealership at 5pm and they told him that a part they needed never came in.He was told that it would come in either Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest and the vehicle would be fixed and returned as soon as possible. Tuesday came and passed and once again I was left to call the dealership because nobody thought to call me and tell me the part did not come in. Wednesday came and in the afternoon I called the dealership again because nobody called me. The dalesman told me that the part was "on the truck, on it's way" and that as soon as it got there he would call me and I could drive out there and they would have it ready for me. Once again, I called the dealership that evening and the part never came. Thursday morning I called the salesman again and he gave me the run around again telling me it was "on the truck." Late Thursday afternooon I called and asked to speak to the manager and told him what was going on and he said he would go find out and get back to me as soon as possible. I waited for a call back and never recieved one. I called back and asked to speak with the manager. They gave me to the salesman. The salesman told me the part just came in. I asked him if it would all be finished today and he told me that the man who would be fixing the car is working an a different job and that I would be able to pick up the car the next morning at lOam. I gotthere the next morning at 10:15 and the car was not ready. They said they were still fixing the brakes .... which could have been fixed the previous 4 days they had the car. I had to wait 45 minutes for them to finish. While I was waiting there was not one employee on the salesfloor. They were all in the room right next to me with the door open. After I was there about 15 minutes I started to hear some people arguing and then screaming. I thought it was a customer but it turned out it was my salesman and his co-workers. They screamed at each other for over 10 miunutes. It did not matter to any of them that there was a customer in the showroom. There is still a belt buckle cover missing on my car which was promised to be fixed. The salesman said it would be mailed to me and I could fix it myself ... it would be an easy fix. There was no emissions or inspection done, I have to go get it done myself. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. The customer service is awful and there is absoultey no service after the sale. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is ashame that these people are allowed to conduct business like this. Also, one of their advertising promotions is that they are members of the BBB ... 1 hope the BBB takes a look at who it lets in as a member. ***Update, the salesman promised me that the brakes were fixed and no short cuts were taken, all 4 rotors we replaced but when I got the car home my husband noticed only the front twso rotors were replaced and the rear rotors are still the same which are warped and make the car shake when braking. Furthermore the TV's still do not work which they promised me they checked and fixed, the window now does not go up properly, and they never did a safety OR emissions test as they are required to by law. They got the contract signed and there money and just tossed us aside with empty promises*** More
Well everything was great at the beginning, I let Jason know how much money I want to spend and they matched me with a car.This is where the fun starts. They had to redo my paperwork and they requested the same info from me three times due to their incompetence and It took 4 days to get everything together. During this time they would hang up during phone calls and or put me on hold for 40 mins. The finally got back to me after a few more days and said all was good and when can i come in to sign the papers and pick up the vehicle. The day I go to the dealership to do just this, they turn around and demand another 900.00 on top of the 10% down they said they would require and added additional costs for processing and other misc costs. Jason's explanation was the bank requires more money but then double spoke and told me that the dealer manager wasn't happy due to the fact that they wouldn't make any money from this deal so the dealer manager required an additional 900 cash after all was approved and the vehicle was ready for delivery. I feel that all of this unprofessional attitude and behavior was not necessary and left a very bad impression with me. I have never had this much b.s. when it comes to buying a car. I do not recommend this dealership for anyone of any walk of life. If I would have done my research on the dealership before hand I would have found that this dealership has many complaints against them and the have signs hanging up in their dealership that says that they have a A rating with the BBB. I previously wrote a review about olympic, saying they made all repairs. They did NOT they rigged the car to pass emissions for a couple days, it no longer will pass emissions. Also they sold us a Cars Protection Plus warranty that will not cover ANY repairs and now we cannot cancel it. They constantly are giving us the run around and feeding us lies! Dre told me it passed emissions and got the paper, so now we are responsible. When they passed the car they fixed one code and passed it on emissions before the car could throw another code, then 2 days later the engine light came back on. I am back and forth with the Missouri Attorney General, I have everything recorded with the dates. I have the dates of how many times i called and got ignored and hung up on. Then had a friend call and she got right through to the manager. They have told us multiple times the car was going to the Ford dealership it never did until WE took it there ourselves. We bought this car Sept. 8th, it is now december 15th and the car is STILL not right. More

Overall the experience wasnt horrible, but some of the things the dealership tells you, dont necessarily play out. And for what? to do their own paperwork? becuase they definitely didnt do any of the title and license work they were supposed to, and on top of that they wrote my temp plate for a whopping 3 weeks. Thank Olympic, for screwing me in the dept. They also ruined the tires on my truck while it was in their possession because they let them go flat on the lot and remain that way for over a month. They even let me drive off the lot with an almost empty tank of gas. Mainly, this dealership did not impress me. They are lucky I loved the truck as much as I did or they would have lost a sale. More

Talk is all good while in process of purchasing vehicle, once signed, it goes down hill from there...... A major safety repair (rack and pinion) was discovered within days of purchase, apx. $1000.00 repair. Vehicle was given a "passed" valid Missouri State safety inspection yet business manager did not as much as offer any type of assistance and refused any responsibility toward the repair. His position to "make right" obviously not a high priority and quite possible the whole tranaction has been hidden from his boss/owners. His solution was to offer reimbursement of $50.00 on a different repair and acknowledged this action was being done to reflect positive action taken for BBB report. Avoid Olympic Motor Company. Their bottom line is definitely money not customer satisfaction. More
