This dealership is probably one of the worst I've ever dealt with. You buy a car and they don't even give you all the keys. Been waiting 2 weeks and I still don't have the extra key that's supposed to b dealt with. You buy a car and they don't even give you all the keys. Been waiting 2 weeks and I still don't have the extra key that's supposed to be "sent" to me. We called to see what we could do to get the extra key, we were put on hold for almost an HOUR and then was hung up on. We were speaking with our actual salesman, so he knew who he was talking to and could have called us back if it was an accident, but he did not. They don't care about customers, they have our money and no longer care how happy we are or aren't. Don't waste your time here, find another dealer. In addition, they were supposed to send us the service history the day after we bought it, 2 weeks later, we still don't have that either. Last thing I'll mention, the music is blaring so loudly at the dealer inside AND outside you can't even hear yourself think, much less communicate effectively with the staff. Bottom line, this place is a train wreck and should be avoided. More
