This was the best vehicle purchasing experience my husband and I ever made. This is my third Honda purchase and my second purchase for Cleo Bay Honda. I find it hard to believe that I was able to purchase a new car so fast during these difficult times. Let me begin by saying I first called Cleo Bay Honda and spoke with Chris Waddington about wanting to purchase a new 2022 Honda Civic on Thursday, July 28, 2022, but do to the supply and demand limitations, I was disappointed and unable to order one. Chris was made aware of my need and desire to purchase a new Honda. He suggested that we consider buying a used 2022 Honda Accord with very low mileage that had just come in. I told Chris we wanted to think about it over night first. The next day Chris called me back about the Accord and then he offered us the first option to buy a new 2023 Honda HRV. It that had been ordered by someone else but they canceled. Chris said we had to act very fast if we wanted the Honda HRV-EXL. By Friday afternoon we paid a deposit by phone for the Honda HRV and then drove to the dealership to sign the paperwork for purchasing the car. The new Honda HRV was promptly delivered to the dealership's service department and was made ready for us to pick up by Monday, August 1st. My brand new 2023 Honda HRV-EXL is absolutely beautiful, silver pearl with black trim and matching leather interior. You made us so happy Chris Waddington and we can't thank you enough.
