Brought 2017 camry in for oil and filter change only. Told them no tire rotation. They tried to charge for rotation. Had an agreement to buy a 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I had asked about coming to get it today and if it would be okay...being as the check from PenFed FCU was not coming in till Monday. I was told to come and down about coming to get it today and if it would be okay...being as the check from PenFed FCU was not coming in till Monday. I was told to come and down and get it...well after a 3 hour drive and a wasted day off I was told they could not let me take possession of it until they had the check...which I would have understood but don't make me drive 6 hours round trip...don't waste your time dealing with this dealership More
