The salesman, Sal, drove over 75 miles to deliver it to me, and drove my truck away in trade. We did all the paperwork in about 15 minutes. Never had an experience buying a vehicle that seamless, professional, or perfect. I can't rate Ed Morse high enough; I wish there were ten stars. And Sal would get 15. One issue, I wish your team had erased all saved settings for seat, radio stations, and phone pairing system on the 2019 Mazda 3. He smoothed the way for Howard, the finance guy, to obtain a very low-interest rate for me, and for the manager to give me a reasonable trade-in amount AND a loyalty rebate. He introduced me to those people and to the service manager. Chris made purchasing my CX-30 a no-stress, smooth experience, and he even ordered and bought me lunch and also gave me a blingy pen!
