Tayler in the internet sales division was so helpful, we spoke over the phone several times while I was on my way to the dealership. She saved the day after my husband and I travelled down to Tampa to purchase a car from another dealership but when we got there they sold it even though we had put a hold on it! We were furious but we called and Tayler found us the car we wanted that was listed on the Ed Morse website. We drove right up to Port Richey to buy it! Chris and James were friendly and helpful, they weren't pushy and explained everything very well to a couple of first time car buyers!
