I was disappointed however with the finance person I spoke with when trying to get prices on extending my maintenance warranty. The prices were over exaggerated and the person I was speaking with about this jumped back and forth from the warranties he was explaining which was very confusing. Additionally, any question I asked he was very short with me. I was quoted $750 up front for an extended 2 year maintenance warranty when I originally paid about $400. It would be cheaper to pay out of pocket. Also I was quoted $3000 to be paid up front for a 2 year electrical maintenance warranty. More

Ed Morse dealership in Port Richey was the third dealership my husband and I visited on Saturday. Most dealerships have sales people outside waiting to pounce on you the moment you pull in. I actually had the ability to walk around the dealership, view some of the vehicles outside and walk inside before I was kindly approached asking if I need any assistance. When I said yes, I was introduced to a kind and very personable member of the sales staff. I felt an immediate connection. Daniel is not a natural born salesman, he is a natural born genuine and wonderful guy. He knows his business like any good salesperson should, but he delivers with integrity. You just know you can trust him. I will recommend Ed Morse (particularly my salesman Daniel) to everyone I know that is seeking to purchase or lease a vehicle.
