Peter: As you mentioned, I spoke with Dennis Drucker whom offered me a complete new car detail at your Cadillac Dealership in Tampa. I have made an appointment for this to be completed. Wendy Good, Service Manager, was busy the several times I called, however, the person I made the appointment with was very professional and assured me the car would be detailed perfectly to their standards. Dennis also offered me additional gas cards to make up for what was originally advertised in the newspaper for purchasing a vehicle from your firm. Update: Per my phone call with Dennis Drucker on 4/29/11: I received a pleasant call from Wendy Wood confirming my appointment for the vehicle detail. She assured me the car will be detailed as such to exceed my expectations. She was very professional. I have not yet received any gas cards in the mail from your Ed Morse Auto Plaza in Port Richey.
