Travis and Nathan awesome guys! I had the pleasure to work with Travis H. as my service advisor and Nathan E as my service technician. These men are true gentlemen. I had just about my used vehicle from the dealership and all of a sudden it started to make a "funny sound", I'm a woman and I honestly know very little about cars, so I was super nervous, and really stressing out, as the vehicle was sold as is. (Something that I won't do again) However, Travis was the first person that I dealt with and I think he realized that I was very nervous and very stressed out. He immediately had someone look at it, and said that I would be in and out in less than an hour, and I was! Then I had the pleasure to meet Nathan E. he was my service technician, and he was also very professional and understanding of my extremely limited knowledge of how the part that needed to be replaced work, and the potential damage that it could do to my vehicle if it wasn't repaired. So I asked him to please explain it in layman's terms, and he did without an attitude or talking to me like the "little woman" but as a woman with respect and courtesy. That is when the guys told me that it was covered under a warranty and that I would have to leave my vehicle with them. Nathan and Travis both said that they would have the car about to me by the next day. Travis got me set up in a loaner and I was off and on my way in literally under an hour with peace of mind! Nathan was kind enough to walk me back to my vehicle to assist me in gathering my things that I needed out of my vehicle. Travis got me set up in a loaner and I was on my way. There wasn't any upselling, and he told me that my vehicle did need one thing, and when I spoke with my bother he assured me that the service that was suggested was needed on my vehicle. I have an will use the service department in the future! Thank you Travis and Nathan for being so kind and professional and never making me feel like I was being spoken down too. I really did appreciate your professionalism and courtesy! More

Costly Diagnostics and insencative treatment April 19, 2017 As required per dealership I took my 2011 Buick Regal in for Quote "A/C Service, Evap Core Clean out in engine for improved A/C. I wa April 19, 2017 As required per dealership I took my 2011 Buick Regal in for Quote "A/C Service, Evap Core Clean out in engine for improved A/C. I was very satisfied with the service and care. The A/c is working but just not quite as cold as what one would expect after having it serviced and a new filter installed. I called and made an appointment to have it checked out. May 5, 2019 took my car in to see why the A/C was not giving me a level of cold as one would expect. First thing out of the Technicians mouth was I needed to pay over $100.00 for a diagnostic test! I told him I don't have that much money as I am on very tight budget and semi retired. Quote "Sorry to hear that, your keys are in your car, have a good day! End of my "Quality Experience". You can go to Pep Boys or Sears and get a free diagnostic test. I was told that the A/C Service I paid for would improve my A/C's performance. It did not. I cannot accept the fact that I need to pay for you to check the A/C. after paying over $160.00 just a couple of weeks after I had this service. My feeling when the Technician said "Sorry to hear that, your keys are in your car, have a good day" were, I was to just get lost loser. Very poor experience for me. More
