Our son’s Cadillac was towed to this dealership after what we believed was a simple battery issue. After three days, the service advisor, Dave, informed us that diagnostics would cost at least $2,000, bu what we believed was a simple battery issue. After three days, the service advisor, Dave, informed us that diagnostics would cost at least $2,000, but suggested we file an insurance claim because they suspected a lightning strike. After another week without a diagnosis, our Progressive insurance agent advised us the dealership was requesting even more time, which he reluctantly approved. Communication with Dave was unprofessional—he was unresponsive for days, used profanity, and eventually stopped replying to messages. When we followed up, the service director, Bill, let us know Dave was not longer working there, admitted that Dave was “nefarious” and promised to get to the bottom of the issue. Ultimately, the dealership determined that a sensor had been damaged in a previously unreported accident. We paid for the repair and picked up the car after it had been in the shop for three weeks. Less than 48 hours later, while our teenage son and three of his friends were driving home from a movie late at night, they experienced a violent jolt and heard metal grinding. They pulled over and discovered that several lug nuts had not been tightened and a bar connecting the tire was missing a bolt. The tire and part of the axle had begun to separate from the car. Thankfully, no one was seriously injured or killed. We confronted dealership immediately with video evidence that was taken from the roadside that night. When we requested a refund—at the very least a partial one—the dealership instead offered us a $500 store credit, but only if we signed a nondisclosure agreement. In other words, they attempted to silence us for $500, despite putting our child and others in life-threatening danger by not reassembling the vehicle properly. They took no responsibility. Please, before trusting this dealership with your vehicle or your family’s safety, reach out to me directly. Extremely disappointed with new cars sales person Mariana Welch and New Car Director Nicholas Martin. I wanted to place an order for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V series. She told me the price would be MSRP. Welch and New Car Director Nicholas Martin. I wanted to place an order for the 2025 Cadillac Escalade V series. She told me the price would be MSRP. I asked several times and she confirmed in a text message that the sales price would be MSRP. After she took my credit card number and driver's license, she sent me an invoice with $20,000 market adjustment. When I asked why, she said that her manager cannot sell at MSRP and has to charge $20,000 market adjustment. After going back and forth, Nicholas Martin ( New Car Director ) called me and apologized for misunderstanding/miscommunication, admitted he was wrong, and honored me with a promised price and sent me a SIGNED invoice. He even said that he talked to his General Manager Darrin Shelton and Darrin approved the deal. I have all communication in text messages, it is not "he say, she say". I asked when my car will be delivered and he said if they get additional allocation in October or November of 20024 I will receive my car in January or February of 2025. At that time I was third in line and they did receive additional allocations and they delivered several Escalades V series; however, my order did not move at all. I tried to find out this week the status of my order, on January 7th of 2025 and my order did not move at all. My car was supposed to be delivered around this time according to his estimates last year. I don't know what kind of scam they run over there but please people be aware and be careful ordering vehicles from there. I can only imagine what kind of tricks they play with used car sales. Probably the worst Cadillac dealership in Florida. Management needs to be replaced with honest people. Update 01/10/2025 I remembered few more things. Sales person told me on January 7th, 2025 that I was second in line for my car and New Car Director told me I am still 3rd in line. I was asking why and he simply blocked me. He just wants to sell cars to people who are willing to pay more money, not who honestly placed na order. So don't be surprised if you order your new car and it will take either forever to get or sold to someone else. Also, I remembered that New Car Director was forcing me to finance. More
The worse service station I have ever dealt with, made an appointment which meant nothing. Waited 7 hours for a simple diagnosis and price of $4300 to replace a power steering pump versus going down the s an appointment which meant nothing. Price gougers !! Stay clear. The service manager, Bill has a lot to learn regarding customer service. More

The facility is spotless and clean with a wonderful area for guests having maintenance completed. At 77 years of age, I have never witnessed a vehicle detailed as thorough as was done on my purchase! These folks are fair and honest - worthy of your patronage. More
