I am absolutely thrilled with the deal I got on my Silverado. From the sales staff to the finance department, they were all very courteous and professional. First was sold a car (pulled credit for financing and furnished insurance) to be told it was sold six days earlier. Then told they will take care of me and find another car. Ended up with a similar car b furnished insurance) to be told it was sold six days earlier. Then told they will take care of me and find another car. Ended up with a similar car but paid over 1k more, which they were not willing to make amends for the previous car. Once I received the second car and took it for a test drive, reported the rotors were bad. Following day I noticed the cruise control and lane assist didn't work plus the rearview mirror fell off the windshield. Took it in to a service center where it was found to have a bad alignment, aftermarket windshield that wasn't calibrated (this is why none of the safety features worked) , and all the lug nuts were stripped. Yes the dealership paid for it, but i spent three days without a car and rental for two days. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. And I'm still waiting for corporate to return with their investigation findings. My personal opinion is i should be compensated for this debacle as I was the one handling all the appts, dealing with the service center, and driving back and forth on my own time and money. More
