Extremely personable and professional, and, when they weren't able to meet my price on the car I initially contacted them about, went way over and above everyone else by searching high and low to find my perfect car at the price I told them I'd be willing to spend. They did it! They actually found me a car that was better than what I had originally contacted them about and were able to work with me to get a deal done.
