She took me to the lounge/waiting area to show me the coffee and bagels that Cadillac was providing its customers so the hospitality was great....thanks. After the service was completed, Jen came and got me, escorting me to cashier Debbie who explained the paperwork and had me sign. There was no charge for my service, which is always a good thing.
