I have dealt with this dealership and Frank Rodelli in particular, on several different occasions for routine service on my current vehicle. Overall, the staff mentioned above is a asset to your company. The moment we entered the Sales Room we were greeted by everyone in view, with a smile and a friendly "hello". Salesman,Bruce Pileggi,serviced us, which is putting it mildly.Bruce has the uncanny ability to speak to the customer in a casual sense in order to define the customers need as well as their want. Bruce follows through from beginning to end, never neglecting the slightest detail. Bruce excels in sincerity and honesty, constantly doing his best to service his customer. My forty years in sales and management have never had the privalege to encounter such a man. Bruce is definitely an asset to your company! Great place to have my car serviced. Very prompt and took time to explain everything. Service center is also very clean and organized. I went to this dealership because a friend referred it to me for an oil change. I told Mr. Crespo my air conditioner was not working he had them check it for me and I'm very glad I did because it turned out me for an oil change. My SUV had a recall type issue - AutoWay Cadillac in Port Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring Richey was the closest dealership I cold take my vehicle to, I was leary that this (as most) dealerships might take advantage of my needing to bring my vehicle in to see if it needed this small repair work done, however, I was not pressured by the representative who took care of me and the minor work was done (and very quickly) while I waited in their comfortable waiting area. Mr. Crespo the representative who took care of me from start to finish was exceptionally professional. If my vehicle needs service I will definitely take it back to him personally - it is nice to have a person you can trust and as well a service dealer who dose quality work. More
