They will not always tell the truth I purchased a late model luxury car from them about a year ago. They were very nice to deal with, however when they say the car was completely gone ov I purchased a late model luxury car from them about a year ago. They were very nice to deal with, however when they say the car was completely gone over to make sure that it was up to date on all service, don't believe them. The car I bought was 15 months old with about 17000 miles on it. They said all service was up to date, however when I took it to the dealer for a warranty item, they showed me the oil which was extremely dirty and the service records, which indicated that the oil had never been changed since the car was new. I also got a nail in one tire and when I went to the tire store, they showed me that the tires were splitting at the seams. Fortunately the tire store go the tires warrantied. If you are going to deal with them, do your due diligence and answer your own questions. They are only interested in getting the inventory out the door. Since I purchased the car I have not had any follow up from the dealer. I did not complain to the dealer about these issues, because I would not trust them to resolve them in a professional manner. Sales person Mo Ganchi greeted us warmly, and served us very well through the entire buying process. We were very pleased with his service and will request him for any potential future inquiries. The only areas that caused our experience to be less than a 5, were related to the distance the dealership used to.calculate a potential sale price.for our trade-in (approximately 200 miles away), and the fact that the finance dept had prepared an extremely expensive coverage plan for our purchase car. It added a bit of a high-pressure feel to the transaction that my husband had to rather forthrightly decline. However, we left the transaction with a lovely car feeling that we had not ended up too badly off in the process. Mo even worked closely with me the next day to have a scratch in the car buffed out by the dealership shop. More
