I was in town for the week of Christmas/New Years visiting family. The day before I left from Chicago (1,000 miles), I received the action directive for a recent recall notice. We scheduled the appoi visiting family. The day before I left from Chicago (1,000 miles), I received the action directive for a recent recall notice. We scheduled the appointment during the long drive, very conveniently. The morning of went incredibly smoothly, getting me in early and answering several questions I had about the recall and various other curiosities with my 2020 Stinger. They estimated 3-4 hours and offered a free shuttle back to my relatives, I decided to wait it out there. The car was finished in just over 2 hours, and they even completed an additional recall that I was unaware of. As a sales/customer service professional I was highly impressed with the “under-promise, over-deliver” approach I was met with. No additional costs, no runarounds, it was great. After my recent experience at our local Kia dealership (Gerald of Naperville), it is clear that they are a cut above most dealerships. My local experience was pretty miserable, leaving me to debate whether it’s worth driving the 2,000 miles round trip for every every servir. Thank you! More
