I can't tell you how pleased I am with Shawn Miller and the whole Nissan experience. As a first-time Nissan driver, I wasn't sure what to expect. When I picked up the car tonight, he made sure I got all the info I needed, helped me set everything up like the Bluetooth and navigation etc. I can just about manage my TV remote controls, and Shawn made the gadgets seem easy. It was clear he knew the vehicle. The finance officer was great as was Shawn's manager. Helpful and friendly. This was the most positive car experience I've had to date. We are from Vermont and were looking for a used Nissan Maxima. We couldn't find anything we liked in State. We found one we really liked at Coastal Nissan. From that point on the service was exceptional in terms of how quickly they located the vehicle with all my many specifications, how fair the price was and how the Finance Manager was able to get me additional items for the car I.e. Simonize, remote starter and tire warranty all at a price I was happy with. The delivery of my car to my work was another added bonus and allowed me not to miss a day of work. I went to Coastal Nissan with the idea of just "looking" and finalizing my choice of a vehicle by April vacation. The sales center was extremely busy on this day and Eben was juggling two potential sales, yet at no time did I feel like he was rushing me to make a decision. When the time came to negotiate price, I felt like Eben did have my interest in mind and worked for me in getting the best price. The day that I came to pick up my car, Eben already had an inspection sticker on my car and took the time to explain how to use the different things in my car. Sean was the finance man that did all the number crunching. Although I was his last customer of a very long day, he took his time and explained all the options available to me.
