We had an emergency and brought our car into be serviced before a trip. Instead of replacing the 4 year old battery immediately, we were charged $185 for battery evaluation and another $199 for replacement before a trip. Instead of replacing the 4 year old battery immediately, we were charged $185 for battery evaluation and another $199 for replacement 3 hours later. We needed to have the fastest service and were disappointed by the service received. The trip was delayed by 4 1/2 hrs due to this. More
