During this most recent purchase we.were fortunate to work with Evan Cochrek as a salesperson. Evan was great, very professional and patient. He took me for several test drives to find the car that worked best for me and I never, ever felt pressured. Not what you typically hear about car salespeople. Evan was handling several customers during our time there and in between test drives so the Sales Manger, Joe Letorney, stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. I was very impressed by Joe's professionalism and willingness to step in and help out his sale staff. Evan helped us find a new Passat to replace our old Passat. We then had the pleasure of working with Amanda Cruz to secure financing. She was fantastic to work with and was able to match the rate that we had secured from our own bank to get the deal done. Don’t let your stress become the customer’s stress I could tell they were short staffed, and I get that people are stressed. But, I didn’t expect that to become my problem. Also, get more loner cars I could tell they were short staffed, and I get that people are stressed. But, I didn’t expect that to become my problem. Also, get more loner cars. A week later we went back and tried a couple more vehicles before deciding on a diesel bug. Again, great service and really made the car buying experience easy for me. My only complaint is that I do not live close enough to keep getting my car serviced at the same place. So, yes I recommend them! More
