It was TERRIBLE I waited 1.5 hrs for a loaner car which I was told would be there for me, it wasn’t and the service person I was dealing with LEFT FOR THE DAY without I waited 1.5 hrs for a loaner car which I was told would be there for me, it wasn’t and the service person I was dealing with LEFT FOR THE DAY without letting me know the loaner still was NOT AVAILABLE! This was at 515pm........they close at 530!! I took my car and left! I was never contacted by ANYONE the next day about the repairs that needed to be done,( not that I would have gone back there anyway). I took my car to another VW dealership that night and I got a loaner and my repairs without ANY ISSUES!!! Coastal also didn’t mention that my car needed 2 recalls! The customer service there is awful, I will NEVER take my car there again !!! My family owns 8 Volkswagens I will make sure none of these cars are ever serviced at coastal More
