Misleading, Slow moving, Sleazy I drove 2 hours to test drive a car that was Certified Pre-Owned. Upon arrival, we stood in the showroom for nearly a half hour before anybody even a I drove 2 hours to test drive a car that was Certified Pre-Owned. Upon arrival, we stood in the showroom for nearly a half hour before anybody even asked us if we needed help. Once they did, we finally took the vehicle for a test drive, only to find that it needed brakes at all 4 corners. The rotors were severely warped and rusted, and the pads (which were new) were barely making contact with the braking surface. I would expect this on a vehicle that was on "bobs used cars and stuff" lot, with a price tag of 1,500$, but NEVER on a certified pre-owned vehicle. After returning, there was more extremely slow moving assistance, and a lot of standing around, despite us being under a time crunch, and also being the only people in the dealership. When confronted with the information about the condition of the brakes, I was pushed back upon and told that the car was fine. After some back n forth, I said that I would still consider purchasing the vehicle if they were willing to replace the brakes. The Sales manager Terrence told me that he would have his tech's re-inspect the vehicle, because if was I said was true they couldn't sell it, and if it was determined that I was right (I was), then he would have them replace the brakes and honor our original agreed price. After calling several times and getting no response, and e-mailing several times and getting no response, I assume Terrence had no intention of doing this, and hoped that he'd sell the car to somebody less knowledgeable, without touching the brakes. Worst Buying Experience Ever They showed no concern for my time or any care to fix the issues that where broken on this certified car.
