They were very understanding when we requested to take the car to an external maintenance shop to have it looked at before purchasing, even though their service shop kept the car in great condition. Just disappointing Drove an hour and a half to check out a car that had been listed with features that clearly weren't on the car when we got there. Had emailed ahead and had the stock verified and everything. For the next 30 minutes I listened to the salesman talk around the fact they had misled me and make excuses about their verification process while trying to convince me to buy the car anyway. No real effort was made to make up for their error and I ended up with a completely wasted afternoon. Had high hopes going down there, but clearly they don't take much pride in their service. More
