I had done some research on the Tiguan before I arrived and was impressed with the car. However after working with Terrence I was convinced this was the car for me. Terrence was so friendly and patient in explaining everything about the car, he put me at ease immediately. I visited the dealership twice, once for a test drive with Terrence and the second time by myself. I was very surprised that I could take it alone and he said to take my time so I could get to know the car and how it performed. That definitely impressed me! I never felt any pressure from Terrence and that is a rare commodity in a car salesman. Oh I forgot to say that my dogs were with me both times and they were allowed to come on the test drives with me. Any dealership who embrace my enthusiasm for dogs definitely gets points. Terrence and Steve (finance) worked miracles to get me a price I felt comfortable with, bought me out of my Ford lease, and everything ran seamlessly. I could not have asked for a better experience. A final example of Terrence's ability to go the extra mile was when he sat with me to do an online form with the RMV to change my MT license to MA. Something he clearly didn't have to do!
