I had been to several other dealerships looking for a used Jetta. I was so annoyed by them because they looked at me as a 23 year old girl trying to buy a car for the first time, so they didn't take me s used Jetta. I had called Coastal on a Monday to see if the car was available. The woman on the phone was very polite and told me it would take 45 minutes to move the car over from another location.This was fine by me because I was at least 45 minutes away in Bourne. I was so impressed when I arrived to this dealership. Matt Carle, was the salesman I had dealt with and he was so professional and fun from beginning to end. He answered each and every question I had, and showed me how the car worked inside and out. He made the whole buying process fun which not many people can say about buying a car! After I decided I wanted to pursue purchasing the vehicle, Sean Callis came over and sat down with us eliminating the salesman from running back and forth "trying to work out a number with the manager". After we compromised on a price, I explained to them that I had been working a lot and didn't have a lot of time to sign papers. Matt assured me that would be taken care of, and he actually brought the papers to my work so I could sign them! I was truly impressed with this because I work at least 45 minutes away from the dealership! Needless to say, I am so impressed with this dealership and will definitely be returning in the future! Terrance worked to get me the price I needed and before I knew it, I was driving off the lot with my new VW Beetle.
