My car was in for an oil change and NYS Inspection that day and as I walked around the lot I was interested in 2 models of 2020 or 2021 Jeep Compass, when I approached a sales rep I informed him that my car was in the service dept and that would be a great time to obtain a trade in for my vehicle. Sales rep and sales manager went back to look vehicle over, then sales rep came out and asked me a few questions. Never did the Sales Manager even come out to talk with me about my possible trade in and I was told that maybe I would like to wait for another Sales rep that I had done business with before. Sounds like they did not want to sell me a car but not a worry I went to another dealer the next day and came home with a car that same day. Guess Mr. Joey Ventura doesn't need to sell any cars. Service Department is top notch 5 stars all the way for Josh France and his service team, not sales dept.
