Best car buying experience I've had I was ready to trade in my 2004 VW 4motion passat and wanted something that still had all wheel drive. When I bought my VW, I had a terrible experienc I was ready to trade in my 2004 VW 4motion passat and wanted something that still had all wheel drive. When I bought my VW, I had a terrible experience and was constantly told "it comes as is, it's used". Coccia Ford was a completely different experience. When I picked up my 2008 ford fusion, I was told they replaced the brakes and gave me brand new Michelin tires. They also told me they were ordering a new sunroof since the one on the car leaked and to call if I had any other issues. Our salesman, Jim, was not pushy and just helped to ease the process of finding a new vehicle. He helped me find and test drive what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me a vehicle out of my price range. The 4,000 mile limited warranty also took some pressure off buying another used vehicle. Best dealership experience I've had so far and I would highly recommend it! More
