I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Tyler in the parts/service department. He was very heplful in researching and ordreing a new tire to match my damaged one. Tyler walked me through the road hazard policy information and when the new tire arrived the next day I got a call from Andy to say that my tire was ready. When I got to the shop Tyler installed my new tire and put my spare back in it's place... in no time at all I was back on the road. Paradise Ford Custom Service is the BEST. More

My one suggestion for this dealership is that they consider offering a car wash for their customers after their vehicle is serviced. They may be the only dealership I've been to who doesn't offer this added bonus! More

Had a flashing engine light on I-95!! My 2011 F-150 is a great truck; and has been a reliable workhorse and fun to drive since I purchased it new at Paradise Ford in May 2011. When the flashing engine light comes on it means you need to pull off the road and check your users guide because it's a serious problem. I could also tell my engine was detonating when the light came on. After checking my manual I drove straight to Paradise Ford and entered the service area. Since I did not have an appointment I did not know if I would have to leave my truck if the diagnostic tests showed that the truck needed major work. I was very fortunate that Mr. Nelson Regalado was able to get my truck checked out and that Mr. Ruben Garcia was willing to work to fix my truck over his lunch hour. I was able to be on my way in a little over three hours with a new set of spark plugs and a new ignition wiring harness. More
