The mechanics missed finding a nail/screw in one of my tires, even though i said there was one there Good customer service, great friendly attitudes. The mechanics missed finding a nail/screw in one of my tires, even though i said there was one there, as i had seen it. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to go back and then they found it, but i wasn't charged for the plug due to the miss. It was a very cold morning and when they inflated the plugged tire, it was over-inflated, When i got on the road and the tire wormed up, the pressure was at 45 psi, which was 5 psi higher than the other tires, so i had to let a little air out of it. More
