The only complaint i have is the lack of communication from when I dropped the truck off until I picked it up. There was four days before I knew they didn’t have the parts to do the work and it took 5 mor from when I dropped the truck off until I picked it up. Jorge was our service representative and he was very informative and upfront about our service needs. We are on a tight schedule and he was able to get us serviced right away. Good salesman. Unfortunately the wait for paperwork was inordinately long. They told us to come at 2pm for paperwork and we were kept waiting until almost 3pm to se Unfortunately the wait for paperwork was inordinately long. If you buy from this dealer I would make my deal conditional on a prompt appointment with the business manager. More
