Service reservation for the recall was handled quickly and readily. Upon check in, the Service Manager Brian advised that they also had the part necessary for a second recall that I was not scheduled to and readily. Upon check in, the Service Manager Brian advised that they also had the part necessary for a second recall that I was not scheduled to have done yet, and then also advised that they could handle the Works oil change while the car was on the lift. So, I started with the understanding that I was looking at 3 separate visits on different days to having everything handled due to Brian's attention to my situation and the care he and the service team took to handle all issues within hours. Very disappointed with how rude employees were, including manager. I brought my car in for a very simple fix and replaced a small part. The next day my car was undriveable and had to be towed. Was then quote manager. I brought my car in for a very simple fix and replaced a small part. The next day my car was undriveable and had to be towed. Was then quoted $10,000 to fix. I understand things happen but the attitude of the people who I spoke to and dealt with was very upsetting. I won’t be coming back to this location. More
