e bought a Passport today and the whole experience was easy and they were kind. While we were there a dealer we had visited earlier in the day text and said they would get us a nicer model, in the color I easy and they were kind. Well, how he was trying to do this was by doing a dealer swap. Our salesman at CDA Honda warned us to be careful because he might be promising something he doesn’t have. Long story short - Mikel Ethington, our salesman at CDA Honda - allowed us space to figure out if this other dealer was for real or not, was so patient while we were deciding, and ended up being right. The other dealer did not have this car to offer. So, we bought here and are happy with our purchase and the experience! More
