Exceptional used car purchasing experience! I had been stalking a used vehicle on the lot for a while and was hesitant to call or email about it because I was not sure it was what I needed and d I had been stalking a used vehicle on the lot for a while and was hesitant to call or email about it because I was not sure it was what I needed and did not want to experience a high pressure sales pitch. When I saw it online and not in the lot one day, I called and spoke with Jeremy Reilly about it. He invited me to come in and I steeled myself for the experience, even having an appointment shortly after so I had a reason to leave. I arrived and was pleasantly surprised by Jeremy's genuine willingness to help me. When I told him that I did not think the vehicle was best for me and told him exactly what I wanted, he responded candidly, telling me that he really did not have a vehicle to match what I wanted at the price range I wanted to pay other than the one I had considered and decided not to look at. I asked to go ahead and look at the car. I was amazed that it had every feature I wanted. My concern about it being a two door went away when I realized it had nice substantial interior handles and the larger doors were not too heavy to operate easily as I had had shoulder surgery. I told him what I wanted for my trade in and the price I wanted to pay. He very quickly came back with a higher figure than I had asked for on my trade in, bringing the car I wanted into my price range. The whole process took place quickly allowing me to get to my next appointment and I felt great about the experience. Jeremy scheduled to meet with me again to acquaint me with all of the options on my car and made himself available for anything more that I needed. I would definitely not hesitate to work with Jeremy again or to steer others to him for a vehicle purchase. Catherine Parker More
