Buying the car was a pleasure with Neil. Once they cleaned the car we noticed a large scratch on the bumper. The dealership would fix it for free, which was great. This is when the problem s Once they cleaned the car we noticed a large scratch on the bumper. The dealership would fix it for free, which was great. This is when the problem started. It took 1 week to schedule the appointment and 1 week to get the appointment (2 weeks total). When I made the appointment I was told I would get a rental car. Then the day before I was told they don’t have a rental car for me and the employee said he will call me once I have a car in with no expected appointment date. I called a supervisor and he got me a car and the appointment. I was told the car would be ready the same day and it wasn’t. The. I was told 5 days at the latest, and then 6 days, and then finally I got my car back a week later. My issue was when I called the service department I could never get in touch with anyone. No one picked up the phone, no one responded to the messages on the text they sent stating I could text for updates. I had to call supervisors to finally get people to call me. All in all it was a frustrating and terrible experience. More
