Upon arrival, I was informed that the necessary parts were on backorder. It is unacceptable that I was not notified of the parts backorder before my appointment, resulting in a wasted day off. ​I want to be clear that this is not a reflection of your service personnel, but rather a lapse in communication from the parts department or the system responsible for relaying this critical information to customers. As a long-time customer of your location, I expect a higher standard of communication. More
