NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AND ALL MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE MY WIFE AND I CAME IN ON MONDAY WITH A DRAFT FROM NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION READY TO BUY THE TRUCK WE WANT! MET WITH RICKY, ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED TO MY WIFE AND I CAME IN ON MONDAY WITH A DRAFT FROM NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION READY TO BUY THE TRUCK WE WANT! MET WITH RICKY, ASKED HIM IF HE WANTED TO SELL A TRUCK TODAY, AND GAVE HIM OUR SPECS. HE WENT TO HIS MANAGER, IAN BARNETT, AND CAME BACK WITH TWO CHOICES. WE POINTED OUT TO RICKY THAT ONLY ONE MET OUR SPECS. RICKY REASSURED US THE SECOND WAS A MISPRINT. WE MADE OUR SELECTION, WE CHOSE THE ONE ON PAPER THAT MET OUR SPECS, AND MADE AN OUT THE DOOR COUNTER OFFER, OVER THEIR LIST PRICE!! RICKY WENT BACK TO IAN AND THEY BOTH CAME BACK TO THE OFFICE WE WERE WAITING IN. IAN BARNETT, INFORMED US "THE TRUCK WE CHOSE IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PRICE THEY OFFERED THEREFORE THEY WON'T ACCEPT OUR OFFER." WHY DID YOU OFFER IT IN THE FIRST PLACE? NOW BASED ON RICKY TELLING US THERE WAS A MISPRINT ON THE PAPERWORK FOR THE SECOND TRUCK, AND IT WILL BE CORRECTED, WE TELL IAN WE WILL PURCHASE THE SECOND TRUCK. IAN TRIES TO PUSH COGGIN FINANCING AND WANTS TO KNOW OUR CREDIT SCORE. DOES NOT WANT TO ACCEPT OUR DRAFT FROM NAVY FEDERAL. IAN WAS A TYPICAL STEREOTYPE CAR SALESMAN. BAD VIBE! THE NEXT DAY, WE FOLLOW UP WITH RICKY, HE SENDS US A TEXT INVOICE FOR THE TRUCK WITH THE WRONG SPECS AND THE INVOICE STATES "TO GET THAT PRICE WE MUST FINANCE WITH COGGIN!" WE TOLD RICKY, COGGIN NEEDS TO HONOR AND RESPECT THAT WE ARE MILITARY AND WE STICK TOGETHER AND WE ARE USING NAVY FEDERAL. AGAIN, WE POINTED OUT TO RICKY THE TRUCK INFORMATION ON THE INVOICE DOES NOT MEET OUR SPECS. WE CALLED TH DEAL OFF! RICKY APOLOGIZED AND TOLD US HE WILL WORK TO FIND THE TRUCK THAT MEETS OUR SPECS. WE TOLD RICKY TO KEEP US IN THE LOOP AND UPDATED. WE HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE! IAN BARNETT, YOU AND COGGIN GIVE CAR DEALERSHIPS AND SALESPEOPLE A BAD REPUTATION! COGGIN DOES NOT HONOR MILITARY VETS! IAN BARNET, YOU LACK INTEGRITY AND IF YOU ARE THE FACE OF COGGIN THAN COGGIN LACKS INTEGRITY! More

Service from xxxx I made a 9AM appointment for an oil change and to take care of a recall item. I was asked when I would need my car back. I requested that it be done b I made a 9AM appointment for an oil change and to take care of a recall item. I was asked when I would need my car back. I requested that it be done by noon, so that I could pick it up over lunch. Was not called until 12:30, when I was recommend additional services. I turned those down & stated that I would be right over to pick up my car. However, after THREE HOURS my car had not even received an oil change yet! On top of that, Rick never did call me when my car was done. I had to call service at 4:30 PM (7.5hrs after drop-off!), and ask if my car was ready for pickup. When I walked in to pick up my vehicle, only THEN was I notified that the dealership did not have part to take care of the recall, & that I could bring the car back the next day at my convenience. This is ridiculous because I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE RECALL. For the dealership to not be prepared for a pre-existing appointment is unacceptable. On top of ALL that, when my car was brought around, IT DIDN'T HAVE A LICENSE PLATE. I repeat: THEY TOOK OFF MY TAG for an OIL CHANGE. After running around, we discovered that a Sales Advisor had taken my tag off instead of a trade-in client's, and put it on their new vehicle. UNBELIEVABLE. The Sales advisor was able to get my tag back (the next day), and when I brought my car back, Rick (Service Advisor) said that he could schedule that recall for two days later. After all this, WHY WOULD COGGIN THINK I WOULD COME BACK TO THEIR DEALERSHIPS FOR ANY WORK AT ALL?!?! More
Terrible service I set my appointment one week ago for an oil change. I arrived fifteen minutes early. In one hour, the car wasn't touched. I told them forget it. Terrible service and over charging of service I came into your dealership because of a recall noticed I received in the mail. Fist red flag after contacting you was that the lady on the phone coul I came into your dealership because of a recall noticed I received in the mail. Fist red flag after contacting you was that the lady on the phone could not find the recall in your system. After transferring me to an 'Advisor,' he informed me this is a special notice not a true recall. That was the second red flag. I brought my car in and immediately he had me sign a form stating a 110 fee for just looking at my car. Third red flag. I eventually agreed after asking addition questions. I then got a call about an hour later. He said that there is an issue with the camshaft. The intake and exhaust pieces needed to be replaced. It was going to cost me 408 dollars. I called B.S. on him and asked to my car back right away. I paid your stupid diagnostic fee and went on my way. The next day, I found an OBDII device online for 15 dollars. Plugged it into my car and got fault code P0010. I did some research and found out only the Intake was faulty. I found the part at Auto Zone for 43 dollars and after watching a 5 minute YouTube video, I was able to fix my car in about twenty minutes. I'm disgusted by your service department and how they tried to rip me off for a second time. Replacing functional parts and charging a ridiculous labor fee. My confidence in your dealership is very low at this point. It will take a lot for me to purchase a Chevy in the future. More
