Had to wait over 2 hours after signing papers for them to detail the vehicle they knew I was coming to pick up. Just to get home and find they didn’t clean under seats or console. Then after removing sticker detail the vehicle they knew I was coming to pick up. Just to get home and find they didn’t clean under seats or console. Then after removing stickers left on windshield found both stickers on drivers side was put over to dime size chips in windshield. Called sales guy and told him and he said that i had full coverage insurance that it would cover it. Never again buying from this bunch. More

Customer # 3643927 Invoice #545140 Dealer diagnosed rear main seal & Oil pan gasket. $2502.79 and vehicle at dealership 13 days, oil leak is worse than before repair. Terrible workmanship and poor communica main seal & Oil pan gasket. $2502.79 and vehicle at dealership 13 days, oil leak is worse than before repair. Terrible workmanship and poor communication from Service Advisor. Would give ZERO star rating if possible. I deserve opportunity to speak with Servive Manager about corrective action. Service Advisor does not have the authority to correct this issue. More

The vehicle was not cleaned very well upon delivery. The process was over 4 hours long even though I was early for my 1:00 appointment (the Dealership opened at 1:00 PM) and with the understanding that The process was over 4 hours long even though I was early for my 1:00 appointment (the Dealership opened at 1:00 PM) and with the understanding that I was paying with a bank draft. The salesman was great but it took too long to see Finance and Insurance as they were short staffed, only 1 person on staff apparently. The Finance guy talked about the horrible experience that would come with the Service Department appointments, not really a good way to sell supplemental service packages; not really good to talk bad about your Support Team either. More
