I walked in and couldn’t find the name I was supposed to look for but Christopher helped me out and checked me in instead. What a cool guy. I like the dealership and the cars are of great quality. I have family that work there and referred us. The issue that I came across was when I dropped my car off to have work done communication stopped bet I have family that work there and referred us. Every time I called to get the status on my vehicle I didn’t get an awnser. I even was put on hold for about an hour and then disconnected and unable to get ahold of anyone. I can see if this happened for 1 day. But no this happened for about a week. I was very mad. I finally got my vehicle fixed and back. I had just bought the car. They have all these awards for costumer service. After this I’m not sure how they got those. More
