Everyone was helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—there was absolutely no pressure. They knew every detail about the new Hybrid Accord Touring and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Our car was delivered from Orlando to Jacksonville quickly and without hassle. While it didn’t initially have all the features we wanted, the Jacksonville team added them right away and kept us updated with phenomenal communication the entire time. I truly cannot recommend Coggin Honda Jacksonville enough—they go above and beyond to make sure you drive away happy! Ask for the ‘brothers’ they are the best! More

Made an appointment for our Honda Pilot to be looked at, service advisor, Jim Ota - No Response to Email: Lack of professionalism, Lack of service. Made an appointment for our Honda Pilot to be looked at, service advisor, Jim Otarola looked at the car, told my husband to come back the following week because the issue with the car was a warranty issue and could be serviced then. My husband went the following week and was told there was no ticket that the car was ever seen. How is a vehicle touched, told to come back at a specific date/time and no ticket entered into the system...My husband explained the situation to Crystal (Service advisor) and she treated him as though he had no idea what he was talking about and my husband felt like he was being discriminated due to his age and she had no patience for him nor believed what he was saying. He was being told a Master Mechanic would need to look at the car. My husband explained that it was already looked at the week before. My husband had to call my daughter at her work place so she could come and help him deal with the situation as he no longer was able to. He has never felt this way before, he did not know what to do. My daughter came and the visit was not getting any better due to Crystal's attitude and facial expressions. Crystal ended up going to speak with the manager, Mike Hernandez, who did nothing, he did not step in to see what was needed to assist my husband who was visibly upset at this point. After going back and forth several times, Coggin Honda took the car to be fixed, no charge for the "master mechanic" and the issue was covered under an extended warranty. No one should ever be made to feel the way my husband was. So when the survey text came through and a request to hear what we had to say and then not to respond..... just continues to poor service and professionalism. I will not hold my breath for a reply from Kristen to my original email, apparently, I am not important enough. Even though that is her job... More
