As far as I can tell, the work I paid for was completed. The drop off experience was hectic despite my appointment. The communication afterwards was inadequate. I could not reach a person on the phone to answer my questions. I did not get notified when the work was going to be complete. When I picked up the car, it was left in disarray. Items from my glove box were on the floor and in the center console, the sticker from the previous oil change was on the rear view mirror, a hair cover was in the center console, there were leaves and pollen on the dash, but n the windows sills, and in the door handles. I spent thousands of dollars and the state of the vehicle when I picked it up makes me very concerned about the level of professionalism that was paid to my repairs. More

Service individual was rude and unprofessional. I have never had a service provider tell me not once, twice but 3 times, that he needs to educate me. The Dealer was outstanding but I became very upset with the requirement b my Honda to provide them with a copy of am DD 214 release from military service. It seems an invasion of my personal data. There was info on that form totally not needed to acquire the $500 off. You must also be aware of the Finance and numerous requirements for form signatures. I was virtually exhausted.
