She met us before we exited our vehicle and respectfully asked us everything she needed in order to find the perfect used car. She made sure that my family was comfortable during the long process of financing and gave us space to make financial decisions. With Porsche help, I left the lot in my new used car. I will return to her if I have any issues or just want to say hello. I definitely recommend going to Coggin Honda Jacksonville for any car needs. More

Awesome experience! My old Honda Accord was totaled recently by a guy who ran a red light at high speed. Happily, no one was hurt, which says a lot for Honda safety. Didn't plan or want to get a new car right now, but necessity prevailed. I went to Coggin because they are nearby. They found me a great replacement Honda, good price, and did not try to sell me a bunch a stuff I didn't need. Alberto, Sergiy, and Kip were terrific in making a bad situation turn out OK. I recommend them highly. More

Coggin Isn't That Good I took my 2000 Isuzu in for repairs. The Isuzu hasn't been manufactured for 14 years. It has a Honda engine, Honda parts and Honda design. After $4 I took my 2000 Isuzu in for repairs. The Isuzu hasn't been manufactured for 14 years. It has a Honda engine, Honda parts and Honda design. After $450 worth of work, nothing was fixed and I got the car back just as I took it in. My girlfriend has a Honda Accord. She took hers in for a tune-up and other work. She was happy with the service but the cost was very high. Now, I get two calls a day from Coggin's telemarketing room asking to talk to my GF. I get two calls a day. They say Coggin is out of cars to sell and they would like to trade in her car at a great value so they can get more cars to sell. What a CON! My GF gave them HER phone number and told them to quit calling ME. Yesterday, I got two calls. Today, I got two calls. Tomorrow, I'll get two calls. DON"T GET ON COGGIN'S TELEMARKETING LIST! More

Don't waste your time here! I would do less than 1 star if possible! We spend over an hour negotiating on an Xterra Saturday with the sales guy Kevin and Abraham a sales manager I would do less than 1 star if possible! We spend over an hour negotiating on an Xterra Saturday with the sales guy Kevin and Abraham a sales manager. We agreed to a price as long as everything checked out on it. We shook hands and signed that we would be back by 10am Monday morning (today). We walk in, at 9:30, to buy it after getting a baby sitter and driving an hour from Yulee just to sit down and find out the price we were told Saturday wasn't a real price it was basically just to get us to waste our time and money to be lied to. I would drive anywhere to keep from having to do business with these people. Just so you know a hand shake and a signature means nothing to these people! We didn't spend the extra $2,000 they wanted today and I'd advise people not to do business with this dealership if you value integrity at all! More

The issue was with the lack of transparency from the financial manager, Kelly, was basically sinful. He made us wait hours until we were exhausted, then increased the price because we made the mistake of mentioning monthly payments, and didn't mention that only $900 of our $4000 deposit was actually going toward our loan because of hidden fees. If we hadn't caught that we would've been screwed. We walked right out. READ EVERYTHING because otherwise he will take you for everything you have. Unbelievable. More

Scheduled repair I had a scheduled repair which they completed in less time than originally estimated. I usually wait on my service but this time I took the shuttle. The shuttle dropped me off at my gym and when my car was ready, they returned and picked me up. I was pleasantly surprised that they would return to pick me up. Worst car buying experience I bought the black edition ridgeline closed very late and the dealership wasnt able to detail the truck so it still had tape residue from delivery. The next day i wash the truck I noticed two dents in the cab . Dealership sent to dent guy and he said he couldnt do it. drive an hour to the dealership, dropped off the truck on wednesday suppose to pick it monday. after the 4th trip to the dealership and two rentals later i finally have my truck detailers did horrible job. With al the headache and stress they put me thru they never offered anything like free oil change or roof rails. 3 times i was promised the truck would be done and they would drop it off. It never happened. More
