Alberto took care of us and absolutely delivered. The product knowledge, respect and customer service I received was beyond what I ever got. The most impressive was the way Alberto addressed my son, every question my son had was answered by Yes Sir or No Sir. Something you do not see often as everyone see the kid rather than the customer. Vey professional and impressive. Alberto introduced me to Ibrahima Samba (Business Manager) and this experience was absolutely incredible as well. we ended up purchasing a 2013 Civic EX. I was dreading purchasing a car. I was referred to Jim Warren by my daughter. We spoke on the phone and I let him know what I was looking for and he pointed out some vehicles on line. I made an appointment and my husband and I went to the dealership and met with Jim. Very pleasant! He referred us to his great internet sales lady, Joanna Gee, who took us out to the lot and let us look at the cars I had spoke with Jim about. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all our questions. They both allowed my husband and I to speak amongst ourselves without feeling any kind of pressure. We were immediately drawn to the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. They made sure the vehicle was detailed and all cleaned up while we were doing the paper work. We also did not feel pressured doing the finance part of it. (the part I hate!) He was also very pleasant, patient and understanding when we asked questions also. Thank you in general for a great experience. I will definitely refer friends and family to Jim Warren and Joanna Gee. PS.....I love my car! :) More

I recently filed for bankruptcy. My discharge is fresh out of the oven. I received a voucher notice from another Coggin location offering a deep discount for people in my situation. I stopped in to veri out of the oven. I received a voucher notice from another Coggin location offering a deep discount for people in my situation. I stopped in to verify the notice but I felt uncomfortable. It was as if I was being pushed and prodded. They were all Nice guys, but something wasn't right. Subsequently, I read a review online about the Jacksonville location. I called and asked for James Foreman, the sales agent that the article was about. Needless to say, it turned out to be the smartest move. He immediately met me with tremendous product knowledge and in sight with regard to Honda, its brand, and dedication to reliability. I had special financial circumstances so he paired me with Ibrahima Samba (Samba for short) - The Business Manager. After reviewing the options with Samba, we were able to close a very nice deal with a 2009 Honda Accord EX-L. I can't say enough about these guys. They are great at what they do. All the best. I am now a loyal Honda customer. More

Great overall experience. Best price for a 2013 Honda Accord around - I actually drove up from Tampa because I couldn't find a dealership that could match their price. Only thing I could possibly complain about is the return on my trade-in, but I also understand that they need to make some money on their end with the trade-in. Danny Stevens worked the sale with me and he was awesome! He stayed late (nearly 2hrs late) to work through the buying process with my wife and I.
