I am going to be as straight and honest as I can. The ONLY reason your dealership was able to sell us a car was the performance of Mr. Merricks. We had done a lot of investigation on various types of man ONLY reason your dealership was able to sell us a car was the performance of Mr. Merricks. We had done a lot of investigation on various types of manufacturers but never considered a Honda Fit due to our ignorance. We stopped at Lucas Honda to look at one and decided that the Fit was what we were interested in buying. Unlike other dealers Mr. Merricks didn't come across overbearing and was willing to work with us. The sale came down to two dealers after getting quotes, Lucas and Coggin. We had already been to Lucas and had been stood up on phone calls, and pestered by multiple people even after I had asked to only deal with the salesman (Joe) that I made the mistake of giving my cell phone number to. We decided to speak with Mr. Merricks because he was not overbearing but persistent, patient and courteous. Hands down the best salesman I have worked with.
