I believe that I am fairly typical of well educate consumers in that I have a real aversion to doing business with car dealers because so they often play inane games of tagging or handing you off from consumers in that I have a real aversion to doing business with car dealers because so they often play inane games of tagging or handing you off from one rep to another in an attempt to distract you from the fact that the "deal" they are offering is not very good. In this case, the behavior of the dealership representatives was decent and when the response was no they did not attempt to impose an unacceptable offer but rather offered more acceptable alternatives. Everyone was pleasant and responsive the only down side was the amount of time it took to complete the necessary paperwork. While the time delay was in large part due to the installation of a new back office system it seems that more might have been done to work out the kinks prior to roll out. None-the-less I would recommend the dealership and the people I did business with - in all cases the individuals were experienced. More

I spent 2 weeks trying to buy a new insight for a fair price. Called many dealerships and visited other many. I was getting frustrated ... Getting the car was also great! she took the time to explain how everything worked and asked about our preferences to program the car (another dealer even wanted to charge me to program how to lock the car) IT WAS WORTH DRIVING 80 MILES TO GET CAR FROM COGGIN! Everyone especially Xaviera was very nice and patient with all of my questions. In addition they were very friendly to my daughter. They were willing to work with me to find a car in my price range and w with all of my questions. In addition they were very friendly to my daughter. The financing was good and the dealership was able to secure a rate better than I could have gotten on my own. Altogether I walked out pleased with my car and my payment rate. More
Had purchased my new CRV from this dealership and was very happy at the time. I recieved and e-mail that my 1st service appointment was set, I was not available to make it in at the appointed time so I c very happy at the time. I recieved and e-mail that my 1st service appointment was set, I was not available to make it in at the appointed time so I called to reschedule for today at 10 AM the person I spoke to was nice said no problem and rescheduled. I had asked approximately how long it would take he said about 45mins. Thought that was a little long for an oil change but OK. Went in today for my appointment and got there and was told that it would be about an hour and a half, that was not OK I did not have that amount of time available, was told sorry but we got busy, said I had an appointment, was told did not need an appointment for an oil change and if I was there 40 minutes earlier it would have been quicker. Had I known that I would have been in at my convenience which is why I thought the appointment was for? Needless to say I left without getting my 1st service done because I did not have the time to stay, and my time was wasted. Not Happy With Service Department. More
Our first experience was so good we went back and bought a second car! From start to finish every question or issue we may have had was taken care of quickly and professionally. Mr. Daniels' courtesy and professionalism went beyond our expectations. He took the time to answer all our questions, was patient, informative and a pleasure to work with. Not once during the 3 hours he spent with us did we feel pressured to buy a car. He was exceptional and never once made us feel as though he was in a hurry. He was there for us, for as long as necessary. In the end, we bought a new CR-V...we are so very happy with our new vehicle and when the time comes to trade or buy another, there is only one person we will contact and that is Mr. Daniels (and we hope he is still with Coggin Honda when we do!).
