I have been using Coggin Honda since the Lease of my 2008 Honda Civic in November '07. I was looking to buy out my lease, and instead drove away with a new 2012 Civic. Max was very patient with me, and got me to understand that even though I was paying a little bit more per month, it was worth it in the long run for a purchase than the lease. I then spoke with John in discussing my financial terms. I really did not think I would be able to make the purchase after buying the security packages necessary (such as GAP). I was above my extreme limit of the car payment, but John and I were able to agree on certain terms to bring my monthly payment to a reasonable amount. While I went for a 72 month instead of a 60 month max (as I anticipated), I've never been more pleased with the purchase and protection of my new vehicle. It's people like Max and John as to why I have been a loyal Honda customer since my first Honda purchase in 2004. This means a lot from somebody who used to work at a Ford Plant in Dearborn, MI ;-) More
