Ms. Williams had the calculations for the trade in of my auto and the cost of the Honda Accord in a timely manner which helped me when I was trying to make a final decision. At first I had thought I wanted a lighter exterior color but ended up with a burgundy red exterior and a light tan interior. Really like the car and glad I made the decision I made. Now I'm making excuses to take the car for a ride. More

I contacted Sergiy through an internet inquiry for a Honda Fit for my daughter. She had already test driven the "Fit" at another dealership previously, but that dealership did not seem eager to make th Honda Fit for my daughter. (They seemed fat and happy- and came across as not needing to negotiate or work with people) Sergiy responded immediately and right from the beginning he seemed committed to helping us have a great car buying experience. He did not pressure us, but he was polite, listened attentively, had good suggestions, actively sought out answers and was a font of information about this car and about Honda. He wanted us to feel totally satisfied that we had found what we wanted in the car and our car deal. I appreciate that so much. When buying a car and writing out my monthly payment, I don't want to feel disappointed or frustrated, I want to feel joyful, and that's what I wanted for my daughter! We have to thank Paul too. He told us about the financing special that turned out to be better than what our bank could do. We spent quite a bit of time on the internet and the phone working out a lot of particulars in advance because we live two and a half hours from this dealership. I did not want to get there and have any unpleasant surprise to make having 5 hours of driving feel like a waste of time. It was about 2:30 in the afternoon when we received the quote via email and we set off to Jacksonville. The anticipated time of arrival was about 5:20 and the dealership was closing at 6:00pm. We got there at 5:30 and Sergiy was stepping out the door to see us as we parked. I recognized him from the internet picture and waved so we all knew we had found each other. After that long drive, we took a quick break for freshening up, then my daughter and Sergiy were off to take a drive in her new car. When they returned, they went to look at her old car to trade, and then we sat down to confirm numbers. There were no terrible surprises, just small details to take care of. Everything was up-front and as we had expected from our phone work. We were so involved in the process, that we really didn't pay attention to time going by us. When we finished hearing about the manuals and warranty information, we went on to work with the gentleman who did the paperwork. Unfortunately,I am not sure I got his name right. This may have been Don or Dan- I apologize for not remembering the name- but he was also very helpful and patient with us. We had lots of questions and wanted to make sure we understood what we were signing and needing to know. This guy was so personable and helpful. As time went by, we happened to look out and realized it was getting dark. We did not have any idea how much time it would take to go through the whole process! All these people had encourage us to come on to Jacksonville, knowing it meant they would work late! We apologized to everyone for keeping them, but not one of them seemed at all put out or inconvenienced, they were constantly gracious hosts for us. When the paperwork was finished, we went back to Sergiy to receive keys and be escorted us to the new car. Sergiy had the old car sitting right next to the new one so we could transfer things and then he reviewed the working of the key, locks, lights (now it was dark!) and wipers, cruise control, etc. He stayed to make sure my daughter felt familiar with the controls and was comfortable heading home (another two and a half hour drive for us). Sergiy made us feel that buying this car was about us and what we wanted, not what someone else wanted to sell us. Every single person we came in contact with at this dealership smiled and offered us courtesy/refreshment. We were treated like guests and our hosts were wonderful. We are glad we went the distance to Jacksonville and feel very proud to have had the opportunity to meet Sergiy and to have worked with him in buying our Honda Fit.
