My husband and I are very pleased with the service at Coggin Honda. We have been searching for a new car for over a month, and have been to several dealerships including Honda on Phillips Highway as well Coggin Honda. The experience we had fro start to finish was excellent. Nicole Williams was our Sales Consultant, and she met every expectation we could've possibly had. She wasn't pushy at all! She knew the answers to our questions on the cars, so that made us very comfortable. We told her what we wanted, and she pulled the vehicles around that had the options we were looking for. She did her job so well that we ended up purchasing new instead of used. That's a good salesperson! The manager of the dealership came over to us and introduced himself proactively, which is very professional. After we decided on the new 2011 Honda CRV EX, it didn't take very long for the entire purchasing process. We really enjoyed working with the Finance Manager Rodgers Mukupo. He made us laugh, and got us a great interest rate. I really wanted to add that this dealership beats the others I mentioned hands down on customer service! If you like someone, you will buy from them. The last few sales people we dealt with were pushy, rude, and didn't like to negotiate on the prices, plus the didn't know product knowledge on the cars when we asked questions. I'm impressed Coggin Honda,and LOVE my new CRV :) Thank You so Much! We will be back when my husbands lease is up on the Nissan to get a new Honda Accord. More

Came to dealership looking at the insight sales associate was very helpful and accomadating. Turned out vehical was not for my needs, after test drive wanted to look at others, Normand was very patient with was very helpful and accomadating. He suggested for us to test the cr-v felt based on what we were saying it would be a good fit. Really was not there to buy a suv, but said i would look at it. Was very surprised with the interior room as well as the handling capacity. After test drive he asked if we were interested in that vehical. We were but not sure about the price he got us a deal we could not refused and so we bought the car. We did not need to purchase a new vehical, we own 2 perfect vehicals, but because of the service we got we sold them 1 of our cars and got the cr-v. Very Happy!! More
