Our salesperson Rodney and his boss Tony were great!!! Unfortunately, their boss Melvin was extremely rude and unprofessional. We did not want them to suffer for the unprofessional actions and lack of customer service skills of Melvin. It would not be fair to Rodney and or Tony who worked so hard to earn our business. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Rodney or Tony as long as we don't get Melvin involved. More

Not only was she extremely friendly and accommodating, but she was also very sensitive to my time constraints and made sure that I didn't spend car. We all know that some salesman will start calling you right from the start. Well, I asked Kelly to limit our communication to email for awhile since I would be at work and really can not have calls all the time. He completely understood and I was actually the one to call HIM! I can not emphasize how important it was to me to not feel hasseled when it came to buying a new car. Then, when it came time to really crunch the numbers, he was prepared, thoughtful and more than willing to compromise. He knew what kind of deal I was looking for, and really made an effort to not waste either my time, nor his. If you are looking to purchase a new or even a used car from someone at this dealership, I could not recommend anyone better than Kelly. He will work as hard as he can for you, and you will know it. I was so excited to be getting my car that when it arrived at 11:45pm, he knew I would be waiting for the news and he emailed me right away. It may sound cheesy, but in the end, it felt like I bought my car from a family and not some big dealership.
